Dr. Nathan Rabizadeh is a highly trained and compassionate general and cosmetic dentist serving the Agoura Hills and greater Los Angeles & Ventura County community. Dr. Rabizadeh earned his undergraduate degree at UCLA before continuing on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the renowned UCLA School of Dentistry.

While at UCLA, Dr. Rabizadeh was actively involved in community outreach, volunteering with Homeless Not Toothless under the guidance of Dr. Jay Grossman, delivering essential care to underserved populations. He held leadership roles including President of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and was one of just ten students selected for the competitive UCLA Venice Senior Enrichment Program, where he treated complex patients in a hands-on clinical setting. He also completed the MEND Endodontic Elective, gaining advanced skills in root canal therapy.

To deepen his expertise, Dr. Rabizadeh completed a rigorous AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. There, he received advanced training in dental implants, oral surgery, periodontal surgery, and endodontics, and became a certified Invisalign® provider. These skills allow him to offer comprehensive dental care—from preventive checkups and cosmetic dentistry to complex procedures—all under one roof.

After completing his residency, Dr. Rabizadeh practiced in Arizona before returning home to Southern California, where he has served as an associate dentist in multiple practices across the region. Patients value his calm demeanor, gentle technique, and strong ethical foundation. He is passionate about being a trustworthy and skilled provider who always puts his patients first.

Dr. Rabizadeh stays up to date with the latest in dental technology and treatment by frequently attending continuing education courses. He is committed to giving every patient the most effective, evidence-based care in a warm, welcoming environment.
